LolReplay Crashing League Client

I've had several experiences where my League of Legends client crashes after Champ Select. Each time I have done so, the crash was due to LolReplay. I currently have LolReplay uninstalled, but is there another way that I could have fixed this?

Psst LolReplay is not a Riot application m8. Go report to LolReplay ppl.
