System awarded me my teammate's S+

It doesn't register in history as an S+, but in post-game lobby the system awarded me an S+ that belonged to my teammate (the Lux). I'm guessing it does show up in her match history, but she missed out on a Mastery 7 token from the mix up.

I'm hoping, ideally that there's a way to correct this =)

No correction's required for me as I'm not high enough mastery to have earned a token from this, I recieved the standard chest from an "S earned by you or a teammate" and my match history reads fine.

I'm a bit confused as to what happened and what you expected to happen, but I think you might be a little misinformed about the system. I'm just going to throw out some general info I think may pertain to this situation, so if it doesn't just bear with me and try to provide more details;

To receive a Mastery 6/7 token, you alone must earn an appropriate S score on your champion. Your premade teammates cannot earn this for you.
To receive a Hextech Chest, anyone on your premade needs to earn an S score. Each premade player earns the chest for they champion they are playing, not their ally, so if they already earned a chest for it this season they can't get another.
