Q, W, E, R spells not working

So this happens about 1 out of 5 games, I'll connect to game and once inside. The spell's and certain buttons wont work in game. I'll relog and this usually fixes the issue but 1 out of about 10 of these games it wont and I have to completely restart league client. This is a bug ive heard about now from other people years ago and riot has yet to fix it. If I could get some feedback as to how to fix it or if riot is trying to fix it that would be great. It ruins games for me, this even happens in ranked. Not being in the game the first 5 minutes not only makes it unfun for me but also for teammates so please a fix would be nice.
