Sick and tired of client button lag + the non-functionality of the same button

Just got a 5 minute timer because your GARBAGE client doesn't work. I clicked on ban katarina five times, but the button refuses to register my clicks. Why the freaking heck is it so hard for you to fix this trash of a client?

WHEN I CLICK ON LOCK IT SHOULD WORK, BUT IT DOESN'T. HOW HARD CAN IT BE?
