[GAMEPLAY] Quinn's Vault will cancel halfway through

#Description

When playing a ranked match earlier today, as Quinn vs. Gnar in the top lane, I used Vault. Rather than jumping off, I found myself stuck right beside Gnar, after the Vault had landed. For a short period of time, I was unable to move, but Gnar was able to move and attack me.

#Reproduction

I was not able to reproduce the bug, but I can give a description of the circumstances in which I encountered it. Laning had just started, both Gnar and I were level 1. I was on the blue team, Gnar was on the red team. There were red minions beside Gnar when I vaulted to him.

#Frequency

I play Quinn fairly often and this is the first time I have encountered this bug. The frequency of this bug is likely quite low.
