Riven Recall Bug all over again

First encounter, I was bot lane vayne and blitz vs draven and yasuo. They had shoved our tower in and when we showed they went to go b. Well, i sorta chased and tried to auto yasuo while he was recalling, the sound that the recall animation does was like he just channeled it and he disappeared. The next encounter was me playing top lane rumble vs fiora. I dumpstered her early. I ulted so she would be forced to back and i started shoving in. Well, I know this wasnt even 5 seconds that I start walking towards her and right click her that she disappears again, with the same recall sound that was like she just pressed b. I'm sorry I can't provide proof, I don't normally record games.

Same and the bug isnt only for riven but all champ ! it happens when you don't have any vision of the enemy while he is starting to recall then when you have vision you can see the end of the recall animation but he is already at base. so fking annoying on lane when you dive and suddenly you understand that you flashed ult under tower for a ghost !!!!!!
