Splash arts rendering incorrectly

If you look closely, the art is really badly distorted. It's easier to see if you look at the full-size image, and look at details that should be smooth like her cheek or the edge of her kneebrace. It's not just the new splash arts either, I'm having this problem with every splash in the game. Also in the album are my system specs.
