Ekko Ult Camera Bug

When I play Ekko, every time I use his ultimate the camera will become locked onto Ekko. The only way to get it off is holding down left click on some other portion of the mini-map for about 2 to 3 seconds; not even clicking the "y" key will unlock the camera. This bug also exists with a couple other abilities in the game such as Tahm Kench's ultimate and Poppy's ultimate (locks camera of players who are hit with it) and I really wish it would be fixed. It is extremely annoying and really pushes me away from fully enjoying these champions. In 2 months, this bug will have existed on Live for a full year.
