Veigar's "buff" on his E in patch 5.6 is supposed to stun and stop enemies that try to pass trough the wall, however it will not stop Warwick's ult if he is in the horizon and ults someone on the outside. Warwicks ult description says he lunges at a target so it is therefor a dash and not a teleport so veigars E should stop it but it doesn't. Please upvote so riot fixes this.
It's very clear, blinks aren't stopped and anything else is.
A blink is any ability that takes you from point a to point b without animating them going in between.
I hear what you mean by it says he lunges at the target, but let's be honest, he teleports straight to te target. Compare it to Leblanc or Sejuani, Warwick straight up teleports.
Don't read much into ability descriptions. It also says ezreal and lux channel their ults but they can't be stopped like most channels. It is clear that WW ult is a blink and the only reason the world "lunge" is there is to signify that the ability goes more than melee range.
