Serious Zac bug

I just played a Zac game and his E was completely screwed. Half the time I tried to use it, it would just cancel halfway through the charge and go on CD. When I could get it to work, it wouldn't land anywhere near where I was aiming. It also was not doing a knockup half the time to champions hit.

Game breaking problem, literally couldn't do anything to help my team.
