Shyvana's tips section STILL says that you should buy Phage or Trinity Force for slow

So 2 or so years ago or possibly even more, Phage got changed from slowing on AA to giving you a MS boost. Seems like Shyvana's tip section still hasn't got updated to reflect that though.
