Ever since you made these abilities (e.g. Ezreal's Q and Yasuo's Q) apply spell effects, Blind no longer mitigates their effects (in particular their damage). Not tested versus Dodge and Block.
Been meaning to report it for a while, but I encounter the bug during a session and usually forget by the end of it. But I decided to open the page up during the game, this time, so I would remember.

It used to block things like Parrrley, Steel Tempest and Arcane Shot, up until this season. Those affects trigger Thornmail, Sheen, Defensive Ball Curl, Molten Shield, etc. However, as of this season, they're ignoring Blind and Dodge.
