I think rito doesn't like me

I got a glitch in loading screen causing me to never conect to a ranked game. I made a support tixket and then got sent to a page saying it was forbidden, I could no longer enter the support page and even now the next day it just redirects me to a different page.

Was wondering if someone could let me know how to contact a member of riot who could help me with the original error (one in loading screen). Since regardless of my best efforts, I cant go through riot support.
