Ashe and Caitlyn bugs

Not related to each other just want to post the bugs in one post.

Ashe bug: When her attack damage is low her last hits don't always register when they should (so she doesn't get the last hit gold, even though the minion died from her basic attack). NOTE: B.F. Sword+ would be considered as high AD

Caitlyn bug: Her basic attack damage is sometimes applied instantly rather than with the projectile. (this has been a known bug in the past; still persists)
