Problems with skins in Teambuilder?

I just got out of a Teambuilder game where I chose my Winter Wonder Lulu skin, but during the loading screen, in game, and afterwards it showed the default Lulu splash instead? I even made sure that I clicked on the right skin, and switched between skins just to make sure that I actually chose a skin before Q-ing up.
