[Bug] Unable to spectate players on the Challenger ladder

I went through the entire soloq Challenger list and every single player has the Spectate option grayed out. I then went to watch Shiphtur via Twitch and saw he was playing against Liquid Matt who is also on the Challenger list. I attempted to spectate Liquid Matt knowing he was in a game and the option was still grayed out.

As a side note for feedback - the UI flow to get to spectate is VERY non-intuitive. It took me a while to figure out how to get there. I also create UI for a living so I tend to focus more of my attention on these kind of things.
