Azir's soldiers aren't doing damage to GP barrels. The soldiers will attack the barrel, but deal no damage. This makes it impossible for me to destroy the barrel if my soldier is in range, making me have to wait for the soldier to die, or use q to move it off, and usually by then, he's linked up a chain and set it off.
Gamebreaking: The game actually stops functioning. As in people are crashing, bugsplatting, disconnecting. These bugs make the game literally not run.
Gamechanging: The objective of the game is changed. If there was a bug that made it so that killing baron caused the other teams nexus to instantly explode and win you the game, it would be game changing. However, bugs such as something being able to just one shot turrets would also fit.
What you have here is potentially a gameplay bug. However, if you remember when they changed Azir a patch or two ago, they made it so his soldiers couldn't kill wards anymore; this is likely the cause and may well be intended.
