My launcher will only open PBE after this last patch
How do I change this, I tried to switch the region where it says PBE, but the only option is PBE

You're using the wrong client. The PBE has a separate application/client from the rest of the servers. Basically, you need to click a different blue square with an L in it than the one you're picking.
