Urgent, need help

I'm trying to start a ranked game. Whenever I try ranked draft or normal draft, everything is just black. The lobby screen is just black. But if I try making a lobby for aram or 3v3, then it works like normal. Help! I want to play ranked! I've tried re logging several times.
