@Riot Kat bug

I just played a game against a Katarina. Everytime she got a reset, her CD on Luden's Echo reset as well. She literally was 1v5ing our entire our team and there was nothing we could do due to the endless Echo procs. She could kill our entire team including a Mundo in 3 seconds flat.
