Solution to my Blurry Hud

After making 3 threads about it and being ignored every single time, and basically being forced to play the game at a disadvantage for the last week or two, I finally figured out what the problem was and solved it.

There was an issue with my graphics settings outside of League. So if anyone has the same issue as I did, try going into your Graphics settings and messing with the Anisotropic Filtering
