Spectator Mode - Hiding/unhiding chat disables chat bar

Whenever I toggle/hide any of the UI settings that hides the chat (Toggle Teamfight UI and/or Toggle Spectator HUD), I am unable to open the chat bar after unhiding the chat (in order to send messages to friends). When I toggle the Spectator HUD in particular, the entire chat disappears when I toggle it back, and the "Show Chat History" keybinding doesn't work. "Show Chat History" only works if you toggle the Teamfight UI but not when you toggle the Spectator HUD. Because of these bugs, **I am unable to send messages to my friends while spectating their game. ** To my knowledge, this bug occurs on both legacy and updated client 100% of the time I spectate and toggle the UI.
