Shen's Flag on his Warlord skin has an awkward twitch to it

You can see it when you are moving anywhere, the flag on his back waves which is cool, but it will rhythmically jerk and twitch out of shape when the bottom flag tip reaches a certain point.

I find it incredibly annoying
