Bug - Client not working no matter what.

So I've tried reinstalling so many times. I've tried running the program as an admin. I've tried changing the security settings manually to allow the League client to do well.. Pretty much anything it would want to. And no matter what upon opening the client I just see a black window with a slim yellow line up top. No error messages no nothing. And if I try closing the program in Task Manager it reopens into the same state.

System is an up to date Windows 10 Education, running off of a 200GE with a Radeon VII, sandisk SSD, Asus CH6 motherboard.

Any help would be much appreciated I like playing league.
