[GAMEPLAY] Jhin's (W) Deadly Flourish Mark not disappearing

There's a visual bug my duo partner has been experiencing for a few games. I'll, as Taliyah, damage the enemy ADC; causing Jhin's spiraling Deadly Flourish mark to appear. Regardless whether or not he then roots them, the mark will stay on them for the remainder of the game (even if a different target is marked, the former target still keeps their mark.) It occured the first time I damaged Lucian, but I had to create the mark a few times on Draven before it happened.

Just to clarify! :

This happened against an enemy Lucian and an enemy Draven.

  1. Damage Enemy ADC with anything in Taliyah's kit.
  2. Jhin's mark appears on the enemy; remains throughout game regardless whether or not it's proc'd.

I'm a Jhin main, and I get this bug fairly frequently. Unfortunately, I have posted about this multiple times, but it doesn't seem like Riot reads the bug forum or maybe doesn't even care about some of the bugs unless they are absolutely game breaking.

But this is game-breaking. It's a hook with bait on it for Jhin to try and proc his root (to provide an ideal situation). Those kind of opportunities are, as I'm sure you're aware, very valuable for Jhin the marksman.

This really needs to be looked at / fixed ASAP, in my opinion.
