The Culling is Still Culling Out!

I am sorry for the pun, the inner Phreak came out...

The bug is: While Lucian is channeling his culling and becomes silenced he still channels his culling (The culling should be canceled by hard CC, which silence is a hard CC).
Now this occurred from Soraka's Equinox's silence not disabling Lucian's Culling, I do not know if this interaction happens with other silences in the game.

Another bug are champions being able to (sometimes) Flash (and use other escape abilities) AFTER they have been silenced by Soraka's Equinox (E).
