@Riot A couple new bugs for Karthus it I think...

Over the last few games I've noticed a couple new things that I perceived as bugs for Karthus, thought I'd mention them here.

• Sometimes, if you press E, it won't toggle at first so you have to do it again.

Not only have I seen it happen myself, but I've seen a couple streamers try it and it happens.

• Graves can smokescreen me while I'm in passive

Now I'm not so sure if this is a bug exactly, but I feel it could be. The only thing it has for it is that it could fall under the same category as "Stuff that can happen to Karthus while in passive", like getting ulted by Ryze or Kalista. I also don't know if the same thing happens during a Nocturne Ult.
