HUGE BUG: Abilities that apply on-hit effects are currently all applying spell effects

Ezreal's Q, Gangplank's Q, Fiora's Q, etc, are all triggering Rylai's, Luden's Echo, etc. Literally all of them.

AP Ezreal mains are gonna think it's intentional - please fix it before they notice.

EDIT: I originally thought the Scorch mastery was doing this - but it's just happening all the time.

I just noticed this and was gonna make a post here myself after testing it. I thought it was my Kleptomany making Luden's proc when I was playing Ezreal, but on swapping to a different rune in practice tool after it still worked. Same thing happened when I tried Yasuo and Fiora, and it worked for all spell effects (like Rylai's and Liandry's) not just Luden's and Runic Echoes. Everything that applies on-hit effects is applying spell effects, works 100% of the time when recreating.

Here's some screenshots.

hm, maybe I am getting this wrong but Ezreal Q is a spell so why souldnt it apply Luden's or Rylai's ? [zombie-brand-clap]
