Rammus sometimes won't knockup jungle camps with q

This happens to me once every 6-7 camps where i just spin in front of the camp. Same thing happened with trick2g in this video around the 4 minute mark https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1P5tzwNNFkA

This gets a little frustrating and has been going on for at least 5-6 months.
