Promos Fiasco

1/1 in my promos to get to silver 2. Queue for a match, hitting the accept button crashed my client. Kicked me from promos, get back to promos again and dont even have a free win. :( I already got screwed one time, what happened? I'm pretty upset about this because that went from one win needed being killed by a crash, to me playing another 5 games to get back and getting bugged again...
