[GAMEPLAY] Base Gates not treated as terrain for Undertow

Base gates are considered terrain and as such, somebody like Vayne or Gnar can still pin an enemy against them. However, Olaf's Undertow will go right through enemy base gates (making it pretty hard to pick up)
