Twisted Fate Debuff/Buffs not showing at certain angles

Description: Twisted Fate cannot see debuffs or buffs (healing effect, ignite, tristana bomb, etc) on himself.

Reproduction: Apply a debuff on Twisted Fate and walk around. The buff/debuff will display sporadically. I have found it mostly displays while running up the screen.

Note: I have seen this with Pulsefire, Underworld and the Wild Westish skin. This is after his recent walk animation and cape tweaks were added. (It may only affect the walk?)
