Right click failing to work

So this is a bug i encounter rather often. League will simply fail to respond to right mouse click as an attack. It will still make my champion move, but it will not target enemies, leaving me with only a move to target people with aa's. This renders it impossible to engage neutrals and use plants. Rather... Annoying. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my input devices, and the bug seems to occur most often when i'm a moving the most (typically while playing ADC), I almost never see it when playing roles that regularly right click, eg. Jungle.

Setup is Intel 7700hq + 1060 mobile 6GB on an updated Windows 10. Input devices are a Logitech g403 Prodigy and a Wooting One keyboard. I have seen the bug using other input devices as well. Think it started occurring this pre-season but I might have seen it before can't remember.
