[GAMEPLAY] Braum's passive tooltip errors
I was playing Braum in a game and hovered my mouse over his passive indicator to read stats. I was Level 9 at the time, and this is what I saw:

Stunned for 0 seconds, take 3 damage. Stacks can't be applied for the next 0 seconds, but Braum's auto attacks deal 0 extra damage.
Then, I hovered over the KENNEN PASSIVE (why is this even here on Braum's buff bar????) icon in the buff bar, and it reads the passive numbers correctly. I am still Level 9 at this time.

When I leveled up to Level 10, hovering over the passive icon displayed the numbers correctly.
