No jungle items recommended for Urgot

Since Urgot's rework, I've had major success with him in the jungle. That being said, there's a minor oddity that irks me - when you have smite, and enter into the game, a jungle item isn't recommended for him, it uses his same ol' recommended list. This is odd, because I can almost play any other champ in the jungle, and it will prioritize one of the starting jungle items on the list as well as how to build it. Can this be fixed with Urgot? It's not a bug, per se, but it is an inconsistency.
