Rune Pages on Champ Select Bug

Sometimes when editing a Rune Page on Champ Select, the system will "pick up" both the Rune Page at the top of the drop down meny as well as the last Rune page I have used, editing both. This is annoying because if I save the changes it over writes a Rune page I did not want to edit

EDIT: also when I went into the game it ended up selecting the other Rune page I had not edited...
