Atlantean Syndra missing effects on her recall on the Howling Abyss

In this video, Atlantean Syndra has a vortex of water beneath her when recalling. On the Howling Abyss, it's not there and makes her recall look weird. I didn't get a video of it though, but I'll probably do that tomorrow.
