[CLIENT] Can't Queue up and losing tons of LP for trying

I've lost 25LP in the past 1/2 hour for doing nothing,i haven't dodged any games and every time i queue up i have to wait 1/2 hour and Lose more LP and no game ever shows up. This happens on a reoccuring cycle. whats going on?

Riot Games is doing this deliberately as a ploy to lower everyone's rank progression to make them all grind more, and in turn, buy more RP.

Deal with it.
