New Client does not show mana regen runes correctly
I have a set of runes with 10.7 mana regen yet in the champion select screen it shows as 2.1

I'm having the same issue but with most of my runes. I just recently bought all Greater runes and now I am missing some, and whenever I click on one to make it go back into my inventory it dissapears completely. (yes I have made sure I had tier 3 checked) in fact I had Tier 1, 2, and 3 checked.
