Got an error in a ranked champion select during my series and it forced me to dodge

This is BS I got to silver 2 100 LP right? So I start up a game and it says a whole bunch of stuff I didn't understand and then said to either press the restart button or the shut down button. So I pressed restart and guess what I lost 3 LP so I have to get in my series again. Thanks Riot.
