Cho'Gath E not counting as damage for Hunter's Talisman

Yes, I do play Cho'Gath jungle for fun. And usually early clears are no issue because Cho'Gath's E would keep the effect from permanently on all camp monsters. But this patch I just noticed that it no longer procs Hunter's Talisman, both lowering damage and sustain given while doing camps and completely ruining Cho'Gath's early clear in the jungle. To repeat this bug: Buy Hunter's Talisman, have E active, auto attack raptor or wolf camp, notice how what you didn't auto attack but still hurt with E is not affected by Hunter's Talisman.
