When someone appears in your vision while recalling, no matter how far along they are, or even if they finished recalling a second or two before coming into your vision, you hear the full recall sound from the very beginning.
I've noticed this all day and its very annoying. Like it will sound like the enemy is just starting their recall, so I might flash and try to kill them if they're low, just for it to turn out their recall was already 6 seconds in and I just wasted flash.
