[client] [6.14] hextech crafting giving incorrect loot from reroles.

after reroleing 3 skin shards (specificly dragon slayer pantheon, pool party leona and slayer jinx) as i dint really like pantheon or leonas playstyles and dont own jinx. i ended up receiving beat hunter draven, i do not own draven

even on riots support page it says that after reroling 3 skin shards your supposed to receive a perminent skin for a champion you own...

I'm looking through the support page on the Hextech Crafting guide, and all I can see is that it says it's guaranteed to give you a skin that you don't own. I don't see where it says that it's also guaranteed to be for a champion you do own.
