[Gameplay] Fiora Can Parry Event Horizon
This honestly feels like a bug, Fiora being able to Parry Veigar's Event Horizon, it is neither a projectile nor damaging spell.

Projectile and damaging was never part of the requirements for her new Riposte. She will block anything in that .75 seconds or whatever it is, short of tower shots.
The new Fiora can parry cc and return it to you. :) She can parry any source of damage, as well as ignite/exhaust.. pretty much anything if she times it right! CC is redirected and damage is returned. So if she parries a stun, you'll get stunned. If she parries damage, you'll just take a little nip. Not a bug!
