[CLIENT] Launcher works extremely slow now

After patching to 6.7, the launcher feels about 100x slower than pre-patch, and it takes forever to start up League and press 'Start' with it doing anything afterwards. After a patch, it gets you to accept TOS again twice, and even those TOS popups were taking about 30 seconds - minute EACH to pop up. It's not me, I have a fast pc. After the TOS popups, there's still a random wait time of a minute or something before the Launcher disappears in favor of the Login Screen. As well, the launcher, upon opening, slows everything in my pc to a laggy crawl for some reason (this was pre-patch and post-patch). The ingame client is fine, no issues...but getting there requires going through the laggy launcher that somehow lags my i7 16gb RAM pc.

There's no reason I need a picture, but rather a 4 minute video of me waiting around for the launcher to actually function properly.
