Frame rate drop
today since the new update I have been experiencing weird drops in my frame rate. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS BEFORE so i'm assuming its a glitch or bug. I have restarted my computer multiple times and even my router.

Same. 80-100 FPS at start of the game. This drops to around 30-60 when i get in lane initially. Then, once gameplay begins, i get 20 max, and random drops to 5-10 FPS making the game basically unplayable. Have a great laptop . All up to date. This was not there before this patch.
Same here.....just played a game where i was on 60 fps pre minion spawn. then it dropped to 40 which i thought was odd, then when laning started and the enemy veigar came even within vision on my screen it would drop to 7. absolutely ridiculous.

I've had weird fps problems since patch 4.20
before minions spawn i get 60-80 fps
after minions spawn it can be anywhere from 15-45 pending on whats going on for some reason. Doesn't seem to be particles or team fights since I have had team fights break out before minions spawned and my FPS was fine.
Its just after they spawn for some really weird reason.
I had that same issue a few days ago. Along with a firewall issue.
Anyway, I uninstalled league and reinstalled (barely since the download would constantly freeze) and that fixed it easy enough for me.
It's not you. My FPS is very low on Summoner's Rift since the Poro King patch.....
When 4.21 came out and I went to play my first match, I was going from 80fps to 1fps (Have in mind my fps usually go around 350-300). First I tried muting all the sounds: Didn't work. Tried lowering the quality: Didn't work. There's a new option something about lines turned it off: Didn't work. I read about some issues with lolrecorder, uninstalled it and close the game and reconnected: Perfect!
TL:DR: Uninstall lolrecorder
