@Riot - Kled Q (Mounted) cancelling Taric E

I've had several Taric games now where this line of events occurs:

• Kled lands Q - Bear Trap on a Rope on me, Taric.
• I begin casting E - Dazzle towards him.
• The Q duration ends, snatching me towards Kled.
• Dazzle stops. It doesn't go off, it doesn't stun him.

Now I've played my share of Taric games, I'm mastery 6 on him. I've used Dazzle enough to know that if I have begun the cast, no matter what happens to me (short of death, if I'm alone), Dazzle will still go off and stun in the direction I've aimed it. It'll go off if I get snatched by Blitzcrank, Thresh, Nautilus, or if I'm CC'd. So that begs me to question why I can't punish a Kled who just yanked a tank with an active stun in his direction. This is a bug, a weird interaction with his Q that needs to be fixed.
