Kled W sound bug

In several instances Kled's W would make; regular auto attack sound for all 4 strikes enhanced, enhanced, 4th hit sound, no sound for each attack respectively No sound on the first or fourth strike No sound on any of the strikes.

No idea what's causing it. It's occured after E'ing in and fighting, cancelling the animation and starting it again (it may register the AA but not do anything, confusing it) and after an AA reset with titanic hydra.
