My first game after I bought the skin, it worked, the second game it did not, and now, in my 3rd game, I was 100% certain to select the skin, even going so far as to switch off of thresh, back on to him, and selecting the skin manually. Still no blood moon. =/
Were you selecting the base skin and then re-selecting Bloodmoon?
I've had that issue :/
I just selected the base skin, made sure it actually highlighted the base skin then went and selected the other skin before it finally worked.
I am having the same exact issue, it worked the first game and the second didn't for the third or fourth, and then worked again for the fifth game.
Same thing here, I even clicked off and back on the blood moon skin to make sure.
