Game Breaking Rek'Sai Bug

Rek'Sai's tunnels if placed in certain places cannot bleed out or be destroyed indefinitely until it is the oldest tunnel alive and she creates a new tunnel if she already reaches full tunnel cap. One position is directly behind blue buff; what specifically causes the bug is unknown. If not fixed it might be a good idea to disable Rek'Sai for LCS playoffs as it can offer an unfair (cheap) advantage.
